STANDARD SHIPPING
Standard shipping is the cheapest shipping option in our online shop. It costs €6.90 for clothing and accessories. For orders over €200.00, this flat rate shipping fee will be deducted due to free delivery. If a (partial) return subsequently results in the order value falling below €200.00, the shipping fee of €6.90 will be due upon refund of the returned item. We reserve the right to delay the automatically selected free delivery option due to technical defects or similar issues. Your Kleinod Store order will be handed over to our shipping service provider the same day if placed before 1:00 PM. Furniture is exempt from the standard delivery time and will be delivered within 14 business days, subject to availability.
EXPRESS SHIPPING
Express shipping is the fastest option for receiving your shipment. It carries a flat rate of €12.95. If your order is placed by 5:00 PM on weekdays (Mon-Fri), it is expected to be delivered the next day by DHL, UPS, or DPD before 6:00 PM.
